NTT full form is Nursery Teaching Training. NTT course is a 1-2 year specialized diploma program to train aspiring nursery-level or preschool teachers. NTT course is designed in a way that it focuses on different aspects of childcare as well as the behavioral aspects one should acquire to be a good nursery teacher. NTT Diploma syllabus includes different topics related to early childhood care and education including child psychology, pedagogical skills, classroom management, and curriculum planning.
Since the NTT teachers deal with tiny toddlers at their foundation stages, it's important to be empathetic and patient at the same time. This course is mostly preferred by individuals desiring a work-life balance and satisfaction from their jobs at the same time. NTT course can be pursued as a regular full-time course as well as a distance course. The eligibility criteria for both modes might differ. To pursue Nursery Teacher Training courses, one must have completed 10+2 from a recognized board with an aggregate of 40% or more.
